I've been listening to music since mid 80's & not planning to stop yet !

Top Non-metal CD's (not in a specific order)

Al Petteway : Whispering Stones Celtic Comments :  One of the very first Celtic tapes I've bought
Halpern/Kelly : Ancients Echoes Celtic Comments :  Only one word can describ this CD : MAGICAL
Maggie Sansone : Mist & Stone Celtic Comments :  Nice orchestration
Michal Hromek : Beyond the Lion & Unicorn Celtic guitar Comments :  A wonderful CD. Celtic music that sounds like Classical. A must have.
Tangerine Dream : Miracle Miles Electronic Comments :  The first electronic album I ever bought
Melanie Safka : Her Songs Folk Comments :  Discovered this singer through someone called Melanie (her parents liked that singer a lot)
Tao Atmosphere Mediation Comments :  It's the name of the whole collection. Very deep & relaxing. A classic to me.
L7 : Hungry for Stink Metal alternative Comments :  Bad ladies = cool music. Sadly, the band is on hiatus since along, long time.
Crevier/Kiraly/Crevier : Music from the Sky New Age Comments :  If you're looking for  "pure" New-Age, this is the one to get.
Patrick Berhnardt : Solaris Universalis New Age Comments :  Music for the heart
Coen Bais : Sweet Dreams Piano Comments :  Very beautiful
Solitudes : Forest Piano piano Comments :  Piano music with forest sounds as backgroud. Really nice.

Scooter : Bring the noise Rave/techno Comments :  The only techno band that I buy every album. Very, very talented.
Genesis : Selling England by the pound Rock Comments :  A great album and group. I, however, do not buy albums with P. Collins as a the singer. P. Gabriel is the ONLY vocalist that can handle the job.
Led Zepplin : II Rock Comments :  A Classic. What else to say ?
Manon D'inverness : J't'arracherais l'amour Rock/pop Comments :  A Quebec singer that I particularly enjoy. A wonderful voice with dark lyrics of reality's life.
Harmonium : L'Heptade Rock/pop Comments :  Another Quebec artist. This band was probably the most talented musicians of French Canada. No one can replace them. No one.
Les Seguin : Recoltes de reves Rock/pop Comments :  Richard & his sister Marie-Claire were among the folk singers of QC in the 70's. This particular album is a masterpiece.
Miss Kitten & The Hacker  : The First Album Techno Comments :  Hopefully not the only one too. A mix of modern techno with electronic of the 80's.
Soundtrack : Hackers Techno Comments :  The movies like Hackers & mortal Kombat built my interest for techno stuff. A great movie with great music.
Front 242 : Back Catalogue Techno death Comments :  Excellent compilation of their earlier stuff.
Front line Assembly : Millennium Techno death Comments :  The addition of guitars on this album adds a more deeper feeling to their music.
Compilation " Odyssey through oz Techno remix of Jean-Michel Jarre Comments :  Several DJ's decided to pay homage the Jean-Michel Jarre, France's master of electro music. Amazing results. If you like rave, you might like it as well.
